Shirley Ann Desparrois, 81 of Glenwood, Iowa formerly of Stilwell, Oklahoma passed away May 14, 2021 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was born January 10, 1940 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Delbert Clayton and Oma (Brannon) Terry.
She was united in marriage to Frank J. Desparrois on October 5, 1959 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Frank’s military career took them to many places during his time in the Air Force. Shirley enjoyed making crafts, stamping, crocheting, scrap booking, reading and her cats. She loved spending time with her family.
Preceding Shirley in passing were her parents and brother Melvin Lee Terry. She leaves behind her husband Frank Desparrois, Sr. of Glenwood, Iowa; formerly of Chicago, Illinois; children Frank Desparrois, Jr. of Omaha, Nebraska; Theresa (Jerry) Weis of Irwin, Iowa; Delbert (Berny) Desparrois of Seattle, Washington; Terry (Kevin) Genier of Papillion, Nebraska; 5 grandchildren; Gina Desparrios, Allen Villella, Paige Genier, Justin Genier and Jacy Genier; extended relatives and friends.
Interment to be held at a later date.
