Bennie Frank Anderson, 94, of Pacific Junction, Iowa, entered into eternal rest at his home in Pacific Junction on Oct. 31, 2009. He was born to Thomas Frank and Stella Ruth (Ames) Anderson on Jan. 1, 1915 in Big Springs, Texas.
Bennie was united in marriage to Shirley Smith on Sept. 19, 1987 in Lexington, Missouri. Prior to retirement, Bennie was a cement finisher and carpenter and was a member of the Union Hall in Omaha. He was of the Baptist faith.
Preceding Bennie in death were his parents and three brothers, Floyd, Clovis and Robert Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Anderson of Pacific Junction, Iowa; sons, Bennie Lee Anderson of Coahoma, Texas; James Anderson of Ray City, Georgia; Skeeter Anderson of Gilma, Texas; daughter, Zefer Anderson of CA; step-daughter, Annette Acox of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
