Thomas Carl Becker, 58, of Glenwood, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on Dec. 25, 2005 in Omaha, NE. He was born Sept. 13, 1947 in Winona, MN to Ernest Frank and Betty Mae (Yackel) Becker.
Tom faithfully served his country during Vietnam. He was united in marriage to Cynthia L. Evans on October 10, 1970 in Glenwood, Iowa. To this union two sons were born, Timothy and Thomas. The family resided in rural Glenwood where Tom thoroughly enjoyed growing large vegetable gardens and hunting. He also loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Glenwood.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and infant sister, Cheryl. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cindy Becker of Glenwood, IA; sons; Timothy & wife Elizabeth Becker of Phoenix, AZ and their children Lillian and Madeline; Dr. Thomas and wife Dr. Pam Becker of Rolla, MO and their children Hunter and Natalie; brother: Bill & wife Pat Becker of Jasper, Indiana; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
