Patricia Lee “Pat” Pazderka passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025 at Glen Haven Village in Glenwood, Iowa. She was born June 2, 1936 in Omaha, Nebraska to Alvin and Mattie Johnson. She was raised in Omaha and was united in marriage to Charles Pazderka on January 21, 1956. The couple moved to Glenwood in 1965. Their marriage was blessed with five children, David, Christine, Danny, Cathy and Cindy. She loved being a Mom and Grandma. Charles and Pat co-owned The Oasis Restaurant for many years and their children all worked there as well. Pat managed the accounting for the business.
Pat enjoyed gardening, canning, yardwork and fishing in Green Valley and Lake Icaria. The family would share the produce from their large garden to many friends. She also loved their many dogs throughout the years. Rest in eternal peace until we meet again.
Preceding Pat in passing were her parents, husband, sons David and Danny and brother Russell Johnson. Survivors include her daughters Christine (Larry Mathias) of Belle Fourche, South Dakota, Cathy (Scott) Farmer of Sturgis, South Dakota, Cindy Pazderka of Glenwood, Iowa, daughter-in-law Denise Pazderka of Glenwood, Iowa; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; extended relatives and friends.
Interment at a later date, Calvary Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska.
