Kathleen Marie “Kadie” Tafta, 8 years old of Glenwood, IA formerly of Carter Lake, IA and Altoona, IA passed away unexpectedly in Council Bluffs, IA. She was born June 28, 2008 in Des Moines, IA.
Kathleen played ball in the All Play Miracle League in Omaha, NE. She was a third grader at West Elementary in Glenwood and loved collecting Hello Kitty items.
Kathleen is survived by her parents, Misty Frazier of Glenwood, IA: John Tafta of Des Moines, IA; siblings, Krystl Frazier, Cinda Frazier of Glenwood, IA; Linda Tafta, Trevor Tafta, Joshua Tafta and David Countryman; grandparents, James & Cinda Frazier of Glenwood, IA; Robin Trotter of Forest City, IA; John Tafta, Sr. of Adel, IA; Uncle James Frazier, II of Glenwood, IA: extended relatives & many friends.
Interment will be held at a later date.
Memorials may be directed to the family.

I am sorry Frazier family for your passing. Katy was a beautiful child and now she is our golden angel. R.I.P. child, you will be missed but never forgotten. I love little one.
I am so very sorry for your loss we have the same last name but I wouldn’t have a clue if we are related in any way but I just want to send my deepest sympathies and prayers for the family of kadie
