Jill Marie (Parker) Sell, 55 of Emerson, Iowa passed away April 1, 2026 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was born June 12, 1970 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Johnnie Orval and Marie Jeanette (Wells) Parker.
Jill graduated from Nishna Valley High School in 1988. She was united in marriage to Dusty James Sell on October 28, 2000. She was employed at the E-Stop for many years.
Preceding Jill in passing were her grandparents and parents. Survivors include her husband Dusty Sell of Emerson; daughter Jayme Parker Nelson (Thomas) and their children Lyam Parker, Everlynn Lowe and Quynn Lowe of Red Oak, Iowa; brother Rick Parker of California; extended relatives and friends.
Interment to held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be directed to Jill’s family.

My heart goes out to Dusty and the rest of Jill’s family. Jill was always such a bright light!! Her and I always had some lively conversations at the EStop or wherever we ran in to each other. Fly high, Jill!!
