Freda was my great aunt. My grandfather was Homer Cape, Freda’s brother-in-law. I only met Aunt Freda once or twice as a boy. I remember her as a friendly, welcoming soul. I know my Uncle Dick Cape thought very highly of Aunt Freda and that says an awful lot about her. I had hoped to meet her again. May she rest in peace.
