Ms. Dorothy was such a wonderful lady. She always made me smile. Especially when I would bring her food to her and ask her if she needed anything else. She would reply ” A million dollars”. I will miss her terribly. My thoughts and prayers to her family and loved ones.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye to someone we truly love often makes us feel not just sad but also very lonely. But please know that God promises to draw close to us if we draw close to Him – James 4:8. So even while we grieve we dont have to feel alone. He is always there when we need him the very most. I was a grade school friend of Rodney’s in Evansville, and visited him at house, and his mother was kind and warm and welcoming. I’ve always appreciated knowing Rodney and his family.
