There will be private graveside services held in the Silver City Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
Victor Vance Hopkinson, 65, of Glenwood, Iowa, entered into eternal rest on March 24, 2011 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was born April 11, 1945 in Pacific Junction, Iowa to Victor Orville and Evelyn Joy (Pickinpaugh) Hopkinson.
Vance faifully served his country in the Navy during Vietnam. He was a self-employed handy man until his health no longer permitted.
Preceding Vance in death were his parents and sister, Marcia Williams. He is survived by his daughter, Tori Hopkinson and 2 grandchildren all of Council Bluffs, Iowa; sister, Valorie DeLashmutt of Pacific Junction, Iowa; brother, Galen Duane Hopkinson of Glenwood, Iowa; nieces, nephews, extended relatives and a host of friends.
