Steven Eugene Lidgett, 54, of Holiday Lakes, TX passed away Tuesday August 12, 2008 in Lake Jackson, TX. Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Palms Funeral Home Chapel. A graveside service will be held at the Glenwood Cemetery, Glenwood, Iowa on Monday, August 18, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. conducted by Peterson Mortuary.
Steven was born June 5, 1954 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to Merrill and Wanona Martin Lidgett.
He was an operator with Dow Chemical, and a member of Brazoria Lodge # 327 A.F. & A.M. and loved motorcycles. Steven was a great dad, mentor and grandpa. He is missed already.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Terri Sue Wachter and sister-in-law, Kathy Lidgett.
He is survived by his children; Justin Lidgett & wife Cari and Mindy Lidgett all of Angleton; Step-Mother; Marcia Lidgett of Lawton, Iowa; Brothers; Leo Lidgett of Bronson, Iowa and Virgil Lidgett and wife Linda of Chatsworth, Iowa and grandchildren; Jacob, Jordan, Jayson and Slade and many nieces and nephews.
