Mary Ellen Wright, 86 of Omaha, Nebraska formerly of Glenwood, Iowa passed away July 8, 2019 in Omaha. She was born September 11, 1932 in Taylor County, Iowa; Jefferson Township-Blockton to Andrew Woody and Fernata Ann (Kimler) Tamerius.
Mary was united in marriage to John Russell Wright on February 20, 1972 in Glenwood, Iowa. They loved to go camping and being outdoors together. Mary was a talented seamstress and enjoyed playing bingo.
Preceding Mary in passing were her parents, husband, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her children Richard Saville of Glenwood, Iowa; Vicky (Rod) Allen of Missouri Valley, Iowa; Melody (Todd) Lindstrom of Omaha, Nebraska; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Interment: East Liberty Cemetery, rural Malvern, Iowa.
