Jacqueline “Jackie” (Warren) Santoro, 84 of San Diego, California, passed away on August 31, 2019. She was born on October 9, 1934 in Omaha, Nebraska to Jay S. and Gladys Warren.
Jackie attended elementary school in Pacific Junction, Iowa and graduated from Glenwood High School in 1951. She attended Iowa State College, currently ISU and earned her BS degree in 1955. She taught elementary school in Des Moines, Iowa, San Francisco, California and San Diego, California, retiring from teaching at the age of 79.
Preceding Jackie in passing were her parents and husband Richard Santoro. Survivors include her children Richard Kevin Santoro San Diego, California; Peter (Sonia) Santoro of Castro Valley, California; Ann Gabriel of Des Moines, Iowa; Samuel (Pam) Santoro of Minneapolis, Minnesota; grandson Trevor of Chicago, Illinois; brother Phil (Peggy) Warren of Glenwood, Iowa;
Graveside Services will be held at a later date.
