Cody Marlin Thompson, 27 of Thurman, Iowa passed away April 8, 2020 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was born July 29, 1992 in Lancaster, California to Eddie Garald and Tina Lynn Carrillo.
Cody attended Marysville High School in Washington. Cody was a talented welder with Pipeliners Local 798. He adored his daughter Carsyn and loved golfing, dirt bike riding and being with his friends.
Preceding Cody in passing were his paternal and maternal grandfathers. Survivors include his daughter Carsyn Lynn Thompson of Thurman, Iowa; parents Eddie (Kim) Thompson of Lantana, Texas; Tina Carrillo of Seattle, Washington; sister Elerie Thompson of Las Vegas, Nevada; fiancé Katelyn Porter of Thurman, Iowa; uncle Dan Thompson (Kristy Jensen) of Glenwood, Iowa; grandparents; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be directed to Carsyn Thompson Education Fund.
