Autumn Grace Buckingham, 3 days old, entered into eternal rest on October 7, 2008 in Omaha, Nebraska. She was born on October 4, 2008 in Omaha to Jason Mark and Jennifer Lynn (Miller) Buckingham.
Autumn Grace was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandmother and maternal great-grandparents. She is survived by her parents, Jason and Jennifer Buckingham; brother, Blake Buckingham; grandparents, Mark and Teresa Buckingham all of Pacific Junction, Iowa; Dick and Patty Miller of Oakland, Nebraska; great-grandparents, Steve and Lois Buckingham of Pacific Junction, Iowa; Duane Sell of Glenwood, Iowa; Sponsors, Eric and Tara Miller of Oakland, Nebraska; aunts, uncles, cousins and extended relatives.
The family would like to invite family and friends for fellowship and lunch to follow the services at the Trinity Lutheran Church.
