Audrey Lorain Miller

Audrey L. Miller, 95 of Glenwood, Iowa formerly of Pacific Junction, Iowa passed away February 15, 2020 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She was born March 22, 1924 in Mills County, Iowa to Alonzo Parl and Janet Cragen (Macfarlane) Mickelwait. She graduated from Tabor High School in 1941. She was united in marriage to Evan Miller on September 14, 1946 in Maryville, Kansas. To this union two daughters were born, Tenita and Denise. Audrey enjoyed being a homemaker.

Preceding Audrey in passing were her parents, husband and two sisters, Francis Buch and Darlene Powers. Survivors include her daughters Tenita (Lanny) Goy of Glenwood, Iowa; Denise Matthews of Omaha, Nebraska; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

There will be no visitation or services.

    So sorry to hear about Audrey’s passing. Doesn’t matter how old we get, it’s still difficult to lose our parents. Condolences to the family.

    So sorry to hear of Audrey’s passing. Hadn’t seen her for years but always remember her and Evan coming for coffee at the Ye Ole Donut Shop when I worked there. Good times.
