Alice L. Campbell

Alice Louise (Vroman) Campbell, 80 of Hastings, Iowa formerly of Malvern, Iowa passed away November 20, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born September 27, 1936 in Plattsmouth, Nebraska to Leslie and Laurena Annabelle (Wynn) Vroman. She was united in marriage to Arthur David “Bud” Campbell on Jan. 26, 1952 in Tabor, Iowa. Their marriage was blessed with four children, Deblia, Arthur David, Jr., Darrell and Jeffry.

Alice was employed as a certified med. aid with the Glenwood State Hospital School, Glen Haven & Tabor Manor. She was a member of the Tabor VFW.

Preceding Alice in passing were her parents, husband and granddaughter, Carisa Campbell. Survivors include her children, Deblia & husband David Henderson of Malvern, Iowa; Arthur David Campbell, Jr. & wife Peggy Campbell of Hildreth, Nebraska; Darrell & wife Marie Campbell of Glenwood, Iowa & Jeffry & wife Claudia Campbell of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, extended relatives and many friends.

Private Interment at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

    Deb, Jeff, Darrell, and Dave – My deepest sympathy. I have the fondest memories of your mother as well as your dad and all of us as kids.

    I knew Bud and Alice for a long time and shared a lot of old memories of my folks and them doing things together.She was so full of spirt and laughter .My deepest sympathy to the family. BettyLou May

    I didnt know her but knew the bad drivers of red oak and i was told that Alice was more then what was told. I believed she was a wonderful person.my 💙 goes out to yyou family just wanted to tell you from are family that we send prayers to u and no someone else cares and i want justice for alice campbell. But she in GODS HANDS AND NO PAIN SHE WILL BE LOOKING DOWN U AND SHE IS YOUR ANGEL LOVE MELISSA MARIE RINABARGER
